The Rooms
We have three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedded room.
The ground floor double has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath.
The staircase leads to the private first floor bedrooms which are flexible and offer a double & twin room and have a bathroom with a shower between them, either the double or twin room can be shut off leaving a private bathroom or both bedrooms can be used together, so ideal for families.
All the rooms have free-view TV and access to WIFI. Fridge with Tea/Coffee facilities located in the living area.

The ground floor double has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath.
With free-view TV and access to WIFI. Fridge with Tea/Coffee facilities located in the living area, on the same floor.
This room has been used by wheelchair users.

The First floor Rooms
The staircase leads to a private floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom, these are never booked separately, so you will always have privacy.
We are always happy to let just one room or both together, ideal for guests travelling together, or families.

The first floor rooms are available to book individually or together as a group or family.
We are also happy to take a single booking on either the double room or the twin at standard room price
Towels are included.
Breakfast
We leave a Continental style breakfast within the living area for guests to help themselves. This includes a variety of cereals, toast, milk, juice, yoghurts, fruit and pastries.
Other dietary requirements catered for but please inform us at time of booking
The Boring Bit
We are sorry but smoking strictly outside only.
We are sadly unable to accommodate pets.
Children are very welcome – children over the age of 10 are charged as adults.
Sorry but no credit cards are taken.
25% non- refundable deposit to secure a booking.
In the event of cancellation we will do our best to re-let the room but if cancelled within 48 hours or arrival then the full balance becomes payable.
If you are planning using a taxi service whilst you are here please be aware that you will need to book this in advance! Please ask for recommendations.
Enquiries are not considered to be reservations until we have received email or telephone confirmation, plus a deposit where requested.

We try to be as flexible as possible but we would appreciate to know an arrival time so we are here to greet you! We are a working farm and therefore not always at the house!

2022 Rates below are if you are booking direct, if you book through Airbnb the cost will increase to cover their fees
Double/Twin Bedrooms:
£85.00 per room, per night.
£80.00 a night for 3 nights plus.
The price is per room per night and includes a continental breakfast.
A 25% deposit is required on all advance bookings.
Payment: Full payment will be requested on or before the day of your arrival. We accept bank transfers, cheques or cash. Sorry be we are unable to process card payments.
