A warm welcome to Bedgebury Bed & Breakfast at Three Chimneys Farm we are a family run B&B on our working sheep and beef farm located 1 mile from the nearest road and bordering onto Bedgebury Forest. We can offer you the most relaxing stay in the glorious Weald of Kent but with many opportunities to visit the abundance of visitor attractions and activities within easy access.
Home of James and Jane with their two daughters, Katie and Lucy. Our B&B accommodation is within our house but it is self-contained and offers guests privacy with their own separate entrance opening into a comfortable living/dining area with sofa and easy chair, real wood burning stove, tea & coffee facilities with microwave, fridge and toaster. Outside patio area with table and chairs.
One ground floor double bedroom with an oak king sized bed and en-suite bathroom.
An oak staircase then leads to the first floor rooms which offer an ideal space for families or friends including a landing area with sofa, off which there is a double bedroom and separate shower room with w.c. One further twin bedded room on the first floor room is also available. These rooms are not offered to guests travelling separately but give a flexible scenario for using one bedroom only or both, but guests will not be expected to share the accommodation with separate guests.
The ground floor rooms are perfect for those with walking disabilities and have been enjoyed by wheelchair users.
All the rooms have free-view TV and access to WIFI. Microwave, fridge, toaster and Tea/Coffee facilities located in the living area.
We believe in offering as much privacy as possible and we only have one set of guests staying at any one time. We try and be as flexible as possible with guests requirements, but please do ask for any special requests! We have three rooms, two doubles and one twin bedded room. The ground floor double has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath. The rooms on the first floor are flexible and offer the option of either a double or twin room and have a bathroom with a shower between them. The staircase only leads to these two rooms.

Rates below are if you are booking direct, if you book through Airbnb the cost will increase to cover their fee’s
Twin/Double Bedroom:
£85 per room per night
3 nights or more @ £80 per night
The price includes a DIY continental breakfast.
A 25% deposit is required on all advance bookings.
